RETURN POLICY

IF for any reason you find that our shoes are not as expected:

THEN create a return request by emailing danilo564df@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number. Requests after 30 days will be void. After the request is approved and the RA information has been provided to the customer, you will have 10 days to post mark the product return, post marks there after will be void. Kfcroofing will provide the shipping information via email once the request for return is approved. Kfcroofing will only accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise for refund admittance. Kfcroofing reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that do not comply with this policy. The RESTOCKING FEE is set at $9 per pair of shoes along with an assessment of any missing or damaged products. ALL CUSTOMERS will be responsible for THEIR OWN RETURN LABEL with reference to the order number. 

Please note: We want to make sure our customers can easily return products for refund, but we can’t take back shoes that have been scuffed or scratched on the upper or bottom of the shoe. Just like the dealership won’t take back a Ferrari after you spend the test drive doing donuts. Please try out your shoes in doors preferably on carpet before you take them out into the world. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

*US customers ONLY* - Non-US must follow the return policy and reorder.

IF this specific pair of Fibonacci shoes wasn’t quite right:

  • You need a different size
  • You need a different color
  • You need a different style

THEN create an exchange request through the link provided at the bottom of this page within 30 days of purchase. Requests after 30 days will be void. After the request is approved by Kfcroofing you will have 30 days to post mark the product return, post marks after 30 days will be void. Kfcroofing will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise for exchange admittance. Fibonacci reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that do not comply with this policy. Kfcroofing WILL NOT approve exchanges for any sock purchases. ALL CUSTOMERS will be responsible for THEIR OWN RETURN LABEL with reference to the order number and RMA number which will be provided through the returns process (see instructions below). PLEASE add in the comments information about which product you would like to receive for the exchange. Once the product is received in good standing, a full credit of similar product will be available for exchange and will be good for 30 days. If the the exchange for is filled out correct a replace will be issued within one business day. Customers are allotted one exchange per order free of charge, a second exchange would act as a return and the product would need to be repurchased.


CANCELLATIONS

IF an order is placed in error and needs to be cancelled.

THEN due to the finance charges created from the order processing, all orders cancelled before shipment will be charged a 4% finance fee.

Additional Details:

Any product that is returned with damage or missing materials will be assessed on a case by case basis. DENIED CLAIMS will not be returned to the customer unless the customer provides payment for shipping + $5 management fee.  Financial fees are immediately created when a customer purchase order is created and WILL BE WITHHELD from the refunded amount. Carrier verified product deliveries will not be refunded by Kfcroofing.
